This is a wonderful review activity or great for a substitute in reviewing Chinese music, culture and dance. I play this whole class. Students use whiteboards, expo markers and sock erasers for this activity. I call on a student at random using the seating chart. That student will choose which category they want for the question and how many points they want it to be worth. Click on the point value under that category to get to the question. Read the question to the whole class and their answer choices. All students will answer the question by writing their answer on their whiteboard. When all students look like they’re done writing I have them show their boards to me. I choose the answer I see the most of and then reveal the answer on the screen by clicking once. If students had the correct answer, they can write down the points they earned on their whiteboard and add as they go. If they got it incorrect, they don’t have to subtract points, they just don’t add any. Students may play in partner teams and share materials if you wish to make that a choice.
